how does online coaching work? All coaching packages start with an initial consultation to uncover what matters most to you and build a plan aligned with your goals. I’ll guide the process, but you lead the way. We’ll stay connected through a coaching app, Zoom check-ins, and email, with ongoing access to tools like habit trackers, self-reflection exercises, and practical resources. You’ll have support and accountability throughout—but lasting change comes from your decision to show up, take ownership, and invest in the results you know you’re capable of. This is your story—I’m here to help you live it fully. do i need a gym membership? No necessarily. I’ll build your training plan around the equipment and space you have access to - whether that’s at home, a gym or on the go. what results can i expect? You can expect improved energy, strength, mobility, confidence and healthier habits that stick. Results vary depending on your goals and consistency, but I’m here to support you every step of the way. can i cancel or pause my program? Programs are non-refundable but may be paused or rescheduled at anytime. what if i have injuries or health conditions? All coaching plans begin with a thorough health and injury assessment.
